At OPSM, we offer four weeks free exchange for disposable contact lenses.
If your practitioner recommends an alteration to your prescription within 4 weeks of purchase, we'll exchange the lenses you have remaining for the new lenses. If the cost of the new lenses is less than the old lenses, we will refund the difference. If the cost of the new lenses is more we will provide a full refund so you can place a new order. 24 MONTHS MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
OPSM will replace a lens which is defective or torn on opening due to the fault of the manufacturer within 24 months from the date of purchase.
Please ensure that the faulty lens is kept in solution, DO NOT DISPOSE THE LENS. The contact lens must be returned to OPSM within 12 months from the date of purchase in order for a replacement lens to be received. Please contact us before returning any product. View warranty here.

OPSM offers free delivery and returns for all online orders within Australia. Delivery is normally 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated at cart. We deliver between Monday and Friday, 9am to 5pm. For more information about deliveries, click here.

A prepaid returns shipping label and returns form are included with all OPSM online orders. Once you have contacted us, simply fill out the returns form, repack the item(s) in the original packaging, and post. For more information about returns, click here.
Delivery times are subject to stock availability. All deliveries require a signature on receipt, unless otherwise specified during checkout. Deliveries left at the door are at the customers' own liability.
