̽Each customer may receive up to two new Stellest Myopia control lenses per calendar year from the date of first purchase (a “Refresh”), fitted to the original frames purchased. Lenses will only be Refreshed if the treating Optometrist is of the professional opinion and view (in their sole discretion) that a customer’s prescription has changed (from your last fitting with us) to the extent that new lenses are required (it must be a 0.50 diopter change or more to be eligible). This service is available to all customers of the Stellest Myopia control lenses, whether the Stellest lenses are purchased in a Myopia Management Package or otherwise. Lenses must be replaced into original frame. If an additional or new frame is required, additional costs may apply.
⁺All purchasers of the Stellest Myopia control lenses will be offered two annual check ins, including customers who participate in the Myopia Management Package. The review consultations are designed to maximise the efficacy of the Stellest lenses and may include, subject to the professional opinion and view (in their sole discretion) of the Optometrists, assessing and updating your prescription, frame adjustments and general assessments.
ˢUltra-Wide Digital Retinal Scan and Axial Length Biometry are subject to availability at participating stores only. Our optometrists will provide advice in their reasonable discretion and professional opinion about each customer’s suitability for these scans.

Participating stores include Eye Hub Hawthorn, Brunswick, Southland, Knox City, Chadstone, Forest Hill Chase, Doncaster, Bourke Street, Northland, Collins Place & Bentleigh. Offer not available online.
2. Offer only available on selected standard single vision prescription lenses when purchased as part of a complete pair (frame and lenses). Offer not available for rimless, semi-rimless, sunglasses/tinted/polarized, high wrap, smart shopper, kids and adult value packages, 3rd party contracts, safety glasses or any other frames deemed as unsuitable by our qualified team members. Limited stock and prescription ranges available. Excludes Blueguard, Transitions, grind lenses, genuine Ray-ban, Oakley or Costa lenses, digital single vision, and 1.74 index lens.
3. Orders must be placed before 3pm to ensure next day delivery at the same OPSM store. The order is typically available to collect by 3pm (excluding public holidays). If we are unable to deliver this service for any reason, we will notify you promptly and make reasonable arrangements.
