*The Classic Package is bulk billable for eligible Medicare card holders who haven’t had an eye test in the last two years. In some cases, optometrist services can be bulk billed more frequently depending on clinical relevance. For OPSM’s Essential, Essentials Plus, Essentials Premium and total care packages, Gap Payments apply for portion of fee that cannot be bulk billed to Medicare. For customers not eligible for a Medicare rebate, an additional maximum fee of $60.35 in addition to the Gap Payment will be payable.
