At OPSM, it’s important to us that we provide the same service and support that we have for over 85 years, to the Australians who care for us each and every day. Now, essential service workers can access the optical services they need at a time that suits them, with after-hours OPSM Tele-Optometry.

OPSM Tele-Optometry allows us to evaluate your eye health via a video consultation with a real optometrist. Our after-hours service means we can see you between 6am and 11pm, 7 days a week, specifically dedicated to those that might be unable to connect with an optometrist during our regular hours of operations.

A hotline number and a dedicated optical support team will be available for the critical and urgent eye care needs of essential service workers, based on suitability and specific eye care needs. If you lose or break glasses that were purchased from OPSM, you can also arrange a new pair of glasses delivered to your home or work during your consultation.

To book an OPSM Tele-Optometry consultation, essential service workers can contact the OPSM Customer Care line on 1800 626 300 or send an email to essential.services@opsm.com.au. Note that the Customer Care team will respond to essential service workers enquiries during business hours.
