It’s important to us that you love your new glasses and are confident that you’ve made the right choice. So if you change your mind and decide they’re not quite right for you, return them within 30 days of purchase and we’ll give you your money back^.

Our friendly frame fitting specialists are as keen as you are that your glasses are comfortable, fit your face perfectly and look great. They wouldn’t have it any other way.

Complimentary fitting and adjusting is available in all our stores, covering both prescription glasses and sunglasses. We call this our Perfect Fit Promise.

Sunglasses can also make a great gift, but we know it can sometimes be difficult choosing a style for someone else. That’s never a problem when you shop at OPSM as our Confidence Guarantee and Perfect Fit Promise apply to gifts as well as personal purchases.

When choosing the right frames for you, at OPSM we also have AccuFit, a unique 3-part process that makes choosing and fitting glasses more precise, informative and enjoyable. This exclusive service lets you: (1) compare frames alongside each other by photographing them on your face then playing back the images onscreen side by side, (2) see what effect different types of lenses and lens coatings have, and 3) get precise measurements of your face and eyes to determine the optimum placement of your prescription. The resulting fit is clearer and more precise than anything we've used before.

FREE LIFETIME CLEANING AND ADJUSTMENTS

If you love your glasses or sunglasses a little too much, over time they’ll probably need some extra care and attention.

So drop in to any OPSM store as often as you like, and we’ll be happy to give your glasses a complimentary clean and make any necessary adjustments to their comfort and fit^.

OPSM SUNGLASSES WARRANTY AGAINST BREAKAGE

We guarantee the sunglasses we sell are in perfect condition, and that’s backed-up by a 12-month manufacturers warranty**.

CONTACT LENS EXCHANGE

We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the clarity of vision you experience from your disposable contact lenses; particularly if you’re new to wearing contact lenses.

If your practitioner recommends an alteration to your initial contact lenses prescription within four weeks of purchase, we’ll take the purchase price of your original contact lenses off the price of your newly prescribed lenses.

We take enormous pride in doing everything we can to make sure you’re happy with your new glasses.

*Subject to identical merchandise (identical frame and lens combination) which is in stock at a competitor retail outlet. OPSM will not match prices sourced online. Promotional offers and other discounts (excluding health fund rebates) cannot be used in conjunction with OPSM's price guarantee.

CONFIDENCE GUARANTEE AND FREE LIFETIME CLEANING AND ADJUSTMENTS
^The OPSM guarantee and lifetime cleaning and adjustments are subject to proof of purchase. The confidence guarantee is subject to product return and starts from the date of original purchase.

GIFT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
†The Gift Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Please return sunglasses and all packaging in their original condition. Exchange item can only be a pair of non-prescription sunglasses. If the exchange item is of a lesser price, any remaining balance will be credited to you in the form of an OPSM gift card. Gift cards are valid for 12 months. If the exchange item is of a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference.

SUPPLIER GUARANTEE AND RETURNS POLICY
**The benefits given to you under this express warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds will be given by refunding payments onto your credit or debit card, or if that is not possible, by cheque. No refunds will be given for purchases of gift cards.

LIMITED WARRANTY AGAINST BREAKAGE

OPSM warrants their sunglasses against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note scratched lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.

If the sunglasses are returned with proof of purchase to the OPSM store they were purchased from within the warranty period, and OPSM find that the breakage was due to a defect in material or workmanship, the sunglasses will be repaired or replaced at our option and returned to the sender.

If it is not clear whether the fault is the result of a defect or misuse, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

You will be responsible for any expenses in returning them to us and collecting them. We will be responsible for any other expenses.

Please note: While every care is taken by our suppliers to ensure screws remain tight, they may loosen with wear. We recommend regular maintenance to ensure lenses and frames remain secure. Lack of regular maintenance may result in lens or frame damage and this may not be covered by this express warranty.

In the event that the damage is not due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will contact you to see if you want us to conduct repairs at your cost.
